Doug Lowe is a
transformation leader with over 35 years working for Hewlett-Packard, Owens-Illinois Inc. and local businesses within
research, transactional, IT and manufacturing operations. Doug has also been an independent consultant, trainer and coach
for senior leadership in Hewlett-Packard.
His areas
of specialty include building and revitalizing the leadership of change efforts for quality improvement that are focused on
Lean, Six Sigma, ISO9100-9001, and CMMI. Doug has a unique combination of knowledge as
a Master Black Belt, certified in Lean Six Sigma, that combines with his parallel operational background in Engineering,
Support, Quality Management, Physical Chemistry and Software Development. Doug
holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and has completed his Master’s coursework in Chemistry. Doug gets results by effectively and uniquely helping
teams apply the diversity of their ideas and experiences to business problems. By designing and coaching multi-level teams
to high performance and then chartering them with the right goals, Doug creates accelerated paths for business results. Over the past 5 years, Doug has helped teams achieve an average of $5M direct
benefits in short-term projects.
